How Our Custom Trip Planning Works

No automated itineraries and no pressure to book. You deal with the same team from your first message to your last day in India.

  • We read it and reply

Within 24 hours you'll hear from our team, with a first outline or a few questions if something needs clarifying.

  • You receive a day-by-day plan

Each day is set out with its route and sights, every hotel is named, and the price lists exactly what it includes.

  • We refine it together

Swap a hotel, add a night in Udaipur, slow the pace. We adjust until it feels right, and it costs nothing to ask.

  • You confirm and travel

Pay only once you're happy with the plan. Your driver meets you on arrival, and our WhatsApp line is open day and night.

Not sure how long you need?

These are the starting points we suggest most often. Use them as a guide when choosing the length of your trip above; we'll shape the details around you.

  • The Taj Mahal from Delhi

    1–2days

A same-day trip by private car takes around three and a half to four hours each way, or about 1 hour 40 minutes on the Gatimaan Express. With a second day, stay overnight in Agra for a sunrise visit and Fatehpur Sikri. The Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays.

    Taj Mahal tours
  • The Golden Triangle

    5–7days

Delhi, Agra and Jaipur, the classic first trip to India. Five to six days gives each city a full day; seven lets you add Ranthambore for tigers or a slower day in Jaipur.

    Golden Triangle tours
  • The Golden Triangle and Rajasthan

    10–14days

Continue from Jaipur to Jodhpur, Udaipur, Pushkar or Jaisalmer, or fly east to Varanasi. Rajasthan's distances are long, so we plan fewer, longer stops.

    Rajasthan tours
  • North and South India together

    12+days

A week in the north, then a short domestic flight to Kochi or Chennai for Kerala's backwaters and hills or the temple towns of Tamil Nadu. We recommend at least twelve to fourteen days for this combination.

    South India tours

On timing: October to March is the most comfortable season for Delhi, Agra and Rajasthan. April to June is very hot across the north, and the monsoon from June to September suits Kerala's green season and Ayurveda better than long sightseeing days.

How far ahead should I start planning?

Can I book a car and driver without a full tour?

Yes. If you'd rather plan your own route, we offer car and driver hire on its own. Mention it in the form, or read more on our car and driver hire page.
