How paying for your tour works
A 50% advance confirms your booking, because we use it to reserve your hotels, vehicle, guides and tickets. The full details are in our booking terms.
Approve your itinerary
Once the plan and price feel right, tell us you'd like to book.
Receive your invoice
It shows the 50% advance, the balance and the date each is due.
Pay and send the reference
Use one of the methods below, then send us the transaction reference or a screenshot on WhatsApp or by email.
We confirm your bookings
When the payment reaches us, we send you a written confirmation and reserve everything in your itinerary.
Good to know
Currency
Prices are in Indian rupees unless your quote states another currency. GST is applied as required by Indian law and shown on your invoice.
Charges
Bank, card and currency conversion charges on your side are paid by you, so the full invoice amount reaches us.
The balance
The remaining 50% is due by the date on your booking confirmation, and always before your tour begins.
Confirmation
We send you written confirmation as soon as each payment reaches our account.
